Our home buying experience with Meredith went better than we could have expected! She made it as stress-free and straightforward as possible by always being available for questions, and explaining each step of the process as we went. Meredith also had extreme flexibility in scheduling showings for us so we could get in and view houses as soon as possible. Once we expressed interest in putting an offer in on our house, Meredith reached out to the selling agent immediately and started a dialogue with them. That dialogue and transparency with the selling agent truly seemed to make a difference in getting an accepted offer on the 1st and only house we tried for. We had just cancelled one of those we buy your home as-is offers due to the realization that the contract had no guarantees for us. We only had 30 days to sell our home before needing to leave Minnesota for our new Florida home. We desperately want to leave the state with a clean slate. We contacted Meredith and signed a listing agreement with her. While she did not guarantee a sells price that would match or exceed the as-is offer, she was clear about the market conditions and her capabilities. Within a week, she help us prepare the house for showing. She coordinated getting yard help to clear-up fall leaves and falling brush. The yard for sale sign was installed. The home was on all of the local and internet listings. Within a week, after several showing, we had a full price offer. After all commissions and other related expenses, we netted a few dollars more than the as-is offer. Meredith placed our sale in an escrow company that she knew could support our fast escrow. The day we left town was the day the we closed escrow. Very professional service with added value. Thanks Meredith.

From the moment we began our search to the final closing of selling our house after purchasing our dream one, Meredith was relentless in standing by our side through the craze of the 2021 housing market. Meredith’s commitment to truly getting to know her clients to best understand their vision of their home and how to make it a reality, her strong and confident demeanor never backing down from getting the best for her clients, and her passion and joy in getting you HOME, she is unlike any other realtor I’ve met. Even though this was my second home purchase, it was my husband’s first and the market had greatly changed. I had endless questions, emails after emails, and an urgency amplified by the crazy market and Meredith never made me feel like a burden. While we were aggressive with our offers, we lost out on four, yet walked away grateful we didn’t go beyond our needs just to outbid someone and trust all the strategy was enough. And sure enough, after a fifth offer, our fourth offer came back after the buyer pulled out and even though our offer was like 3 other folks, Meredith’s reputation and guidance on our strategy stuck out and brought us to the most beautiful home we never thought possible in the cities. I can’t even count the miles we drove looking an hour north of the cities to an hour south of the cities, and time spent adjusting the schedules for tours with our work schedules as houses were selling 2-3 days after being listed. Meredith showed up to every moment with a smile, a laugh, and the sincerest support for us. We not only found our beautiful perfect home, but we negotiated almost $10,000 back.
From there, we sold our home for $40,000 OVER asking with 7 offers to consider. Meredith handled everything from the photos, prepping the space, and advertising to lead to quality offers in a market flooded by superficial offers leaving the sellers screwed in the end.
Now a year later, Meredith still meaningfully checks in on us, wants to hear updates on the garden and if we’re happy, still answered questions when taxes came around, and it’s clear the relationship she made with us was far from being transactional, but was genuine and for life.
I cannot recommend Meredith enough, whether you’re downsizing, purchasing your first home, looking for more space or to start a hobby farm. She will be with you every step of the way and will assure the best outcomes for you and your family.

I was downsizing from a house to a condo in early 2021. Starting a few months before the house went on the market, she helped me with figure out what I needed to do to sell my home, putting me in touch with experts on the subject as needed. She also began looking for condo opportunities, specifically at a building I was interested in. A perfect condo in that building came up for sale a couple of months before I was ready to put my house on the market. She helped me negotiate a deal to get the condo before my house was sold. In my mind, this is due to her ability to establish trusting relationships with sellers and realtors. My house had multiple offers and sold for a significant amount over the asking price. You would be well served to use Meredith as your realtor!
